Deacons advises on GEM IPO of KOS International Holdings Limited

We advise the sole sponsor Ever-Long Securities Company Limited and underwriters in relation to the listing of KOS International Holdings Limited on GEM of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange by way of share offer.

KOS International is a human resources service provider in Hong Kong providing recruitment services and secondment and payroll services to clients from diversified industries ranging from fashion, property, cosmetics and beauty, IT&T and e-commerce to material sourcing and medical and healthcare.

KOS International published its IPO prospectus on 28 September 2018, seeking to raise up to HK$80 million (subject to the exercise of offer size adjustment option). Dealings in its shares on GEM of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange are expected to commence on 12 October 2018.
