Hong Kong Independent Law Firm of the Year 2016

We are delighted to announce that intellectual property partner Catherine Zheng won “Best in Patent and Trademark Prosecution” and the firm was awarded “Best National Firm for Talent Management” and “Hong Kong Independent Firm of the Year” at the Asia Women in Business Law Awards, held by Euromoney’s Legal Media Group.

The Asia Women in Business Law Awards recognise leading female lawyers in Asia and celebrate the best initiatives for gender diversity, innovation, minority women, mentoring, work-life balance, pro bono work and talent management.

It is supported by the Women’s Foundation, Inter-Pacific Bar Association and the Hong Kong Corporate Counsel Association.

This is the second time that the Deacons Academy talent management programme has been recognised.

The awards ceremony took place on Wednesday, November 9th at the JW Marriott in Hong Kong. Partners Catherine Zheng, Teresa Lau and Rhoda Yung attended.
