Deacons tops Managing IP’s trademark and patent rankings

We are pleased to announce that Deacons’ intellectual property practice continues to be recognised by respected industry publication, Managing IP.

According to recently-released rankings, we are the only firm ranked in the top tier for all four categories in Hong Kong, including patent prosecution, patent contentious, trademark prosecution and trademark contentious work. The firm has featured in the top band since 2002.

We are also ranked as a Tier 2 foreign law firm for Patent and Trade Mark law in China.

This follows a strong set of results in the 2016 Chambers Asia Pacific guide in which the intellectual property practice was promoted to Tier 1.
