Corporate commercial partner, Machiuanna Chu, was recently selected to attend a prestigious business management programme for lawyers at the University of Cambridge’s Judge Business School in the United Kingdom.
The programme will take place from January 3-8 2016 and is designed to increase the impact and effectiveness of lawyers in working with clients by increasing their understanding of clients’ business challenges and the concepts that underlie their business operations.
Machiuanna specialises in cross-border mergers and acquisitions, private equity and venture capital investments, and joint ventures. She was recently shortlisted at the influential Euromoney Asia Women in Business Law Awards as a Rising Star.
