We are delighted to share that three deals handled by Deacons Corporate Finance Practice Group have won China Business Law Journal – Deals of the Year 2023 awards for “Chow Tai Fook’s tender offer to buy NWS”, “Jinyuan Hchem’s Hong Kong IPO”, and “PBOC’s aggregated USD19.5bn Renminbi bill issuance in Hong Kong”.
