Deacons shortlisted in additional category at the 14th annual Macallan ALB Hong Kong Law Awards

We are proud to announce that Deacons has also been nominated for the Debt Market Deal of the Year, an additional category at the 14^th annual Macallan ALB Hong Kong Law Awards.

The nominated transaction is Deacons’ advice on the issuance of sovereign bonds by the PRC Ministry of Finance, a matter led by partner Kevin Tong and his team.

This brings our total to 13 nominations for 2015.

The ALB Law Awards dinner, which will take place on 11 September 2015, is a prestigious event recognising the outstanding achievements of Hong Kong’s leading law firms and in-house legal teams as well as the top deals and dealmakers of the past 12 months.

The awards ceremony attracts Hong Kong’s most influential solicitors, in-house counsel, investment bankers, judiciary and CEOs, who annually assemble to celebrate in a spirit of collegiality.
