Hazel has a unique blend of commercial and private wealth experience in handling private wealth disputes. Her commercial background provides an additional dimension and approach to her family and vulnerable client work. She frequently advises banks and professional committees on vulnerable client matters and assists family members of vulnerable persons in making applications to the High Court of Hong Kong under Part II of the Mental Health Ordinance for the management of financial affairs of mentally incapacitated persons both in Hong Kong and overseas. Hazel also assists independent professional Committee in the management of financial affairs of mentally incapacitated persons.

In addition to advising financial institutions and charities on trust, philanthropy and mental capacity related issues, Hazel also handles complex wealth and succession planning matters for families and individuals, including contentious probate and trust matters.
