Sale and Purchase Transactions Experience

• Advised Mapletree Logistic Trust on the acquisitions of (i) 50% stake in 15 joint ventures through acquisitions of shares in 15 property-holding companies and (ii) 100% interest in 6 logistic assets located in the PRC through acquisition of the shares in 6 Hong Kong special purpose vehicles at a consideration of over RMB 3,000 million.

• Acted for a property developer in Hong Kong, First Group Holdings Limited, in the acquisition of two properties in Hong Kong, namely (i) Belle Tower, No.918 Cheung Sha Wan Road and (ii) Nos. 924 and 926 Cheung Sha Wan Road at a total consideration of approximately HK$1,500 million.

• Advised Wheelock Properties Limited on the acquisition by its wholly-owned subsidiaries of two residential developments both under construction in Kai Tak, Hong Kong from two subsidiaries of Hong Kong International Construction Investment Management Group Co., Limited by way of shares acquisition at a total consideration of approximately HK$1,026 million.

• Acted for the Chuang’s Group in the sale of the entire issued share capital of and loan to a property holding company for the disposal of an expensive residential development under construction in 15 Gough Hill Road, Hong Kong at a consideration of approximately HK$2,100 million.
