Deacons will host a webinar entitled “Defects Liability in Construction Projects” on Thursday, 21 July 2022.

Defects can be a major source of disputes in construction projects, including what really constitutes a defect, a contractor’s obligations to rectify defects, and when the contractor’s obligations will come to an end. In this webinar, our speakers will look into this topic and explore the contractor’s obligations in both private and public construction projects. The webinar will also cover the issues about warranty.
