Deacons and Chandrawat & Partners are co-hosting a webinar entitled “Arbitration in Hong Kong and India – Key Features and Enforcement of Awards” on Wednesday, 13 July 2022.

When doing business in a foreign jurisdiction, one should not only be familiar with the foreign business environment but also their dispute resolution process. As arbitration is a common form of dispute resolution process for international businesses, in this webinar, the speakers will discuss and share their experiences with conducting arbitrations in India and Hong Kong. This webinar will also cover the enforcement of arbitral awards in India and Hong Kong as well as in Mainland China. There will be special discussions on the “Arrangement Concerning Mutual Enforcement of Arbitral Awards between the Mainland and the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region” and the “Arrangement Concerning Mutual Assistance in Court-ordered Interim Measures in Aid of Arbitral Proceedings by the Courts of the Mainland and of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region”.
