Clarification Notice – Fake Firm Website and Email(s)

It has come to the attention of Deacons (“our firm”) that some third parties have made use of the name of our firm to:

1. set up a fake company website at www.01flzx.com; and
2. form a fake email address of hongkongdeacons@gmail.com.

Deacons hereby clarifies that our firm’s official website is www.deacons.com. We have never set up any website at www.01flzx.com nor emailed anyone with the email address of hongkongdeacons@gmail.com. Our firm has no connection whatsoever with the contents of the abovementioned fake website and fake email. Please do not visit the aforesaid fake website, respond to the email or visit any website mentioned therein from the fake email address, or provide any personal information to the email sender or such website.

Deacons is very concerned about the issue and has reported the case to the Police. Our firm reserves all legal rights against all parties involved in the incident. We would also like to remind the public that anyone who has provided his or her personal information and/or other confidential credentials, or who has conducted any financial transactions, through or in response to the fake website or fake email(s) should report to the Police and notify us at + 852 2825 9589.
