Deacons advises on the Main Board IPO of Jiu Zun Digital Interactive Entertainment Group Holdings Limited

Deacons advises the sole sponsor Lego Corporate Finance Limited and underwriters in relation to the Main Board IPO of Jiu Zun Digital Interactive Entertainment Group Holdings Limited.

The company is a digital entertainment content provider in the PRC with a diversified content portfolio comprising (i) mobile games mainly played on android operating system, (ii) e-magazines, and (iii) other digital media content such as comics and music.

The company published its IPO prospectus on 27 February 2020, seeking to raise up to HK$226.8 million (subject to the exercise of over-allotment option). Dealings in its shares on the Main Board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange are expected to commence on 17 March 2020.
