Deacons advises the sole sponsor Giraffe Capital Limited in relation to the listing of TL Natural Gas Holdings Limited on GEM of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange by way of share offer.
The company is an established compressed natural gas (CNG) supplier in Jingzhou, Hubei Province, distributing CNG to retail customers which are mostly vehicular end-users, as well as wholesale customers which are urban gas companies, gas refuelling station operators and industrial users.
The company published its IPO prospectus on 8 May 2018, seeking to raise not more than HK$60 million. Dealings in its shares on GEM of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange are expected to commence on 18 May 2018.
