Deacons advises Smart Globe Holdings on its GEM IPO

Deacons has advised Smart Globe Holdings Limited in relation to its proposed listing on the Growth Enterprise Market of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange (HKSE) by way of share offer seeking to raise up to HK$70 million.

Smart Globe Holdings is a one-stop printing service provider. Its printing services cover pre-press procedures, offset printing procedures to post-press procedures which satisfy customers’ specific needs for different layout, colour, printing, binding and finishing requirements. Its customers principally comprise international publishers mainly headquartered in the US and Europe, and book traders mainly located in Hong Kong with customers around the world.

Smart Globe Holdings published its IPO prospectus on 13 December 2017.  Dealings in its shares on the Main Board of the HKSE are expected to commence on 28 December 2017.
