Deacons advises on BGMC International IPO

Deacons has advised the sole sponsor Fortune Financial Capital Limited and the underwriters in relation to the listing of BGMC International Limited on the Main Board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange by way of global offering. The listing seeks to raise up to HK$405 million (subject to exercise of the over-allotment option). 

BGMC is principally engaged in the provision of a wide range of construction services and undertakes public-private partnership (PPP) projects. It is based in Malaysia with over 20 years of operating history.

The company published its IPO prospectus on 31 July 2017. Dealings in its shares on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange commenced on 9 August 2017.
