Deacons advises on Chanhigh Holdings IPO

Deacons has advised the sole sponsor Essence Corporate Finance (Hong Kong) Limited and the underwriters in relation to the global offering and listing of Chanhigh Holdings Limited in Hong Kong. 

Chanhigh is a prominent municipal landscape and construction service provider in Zhejiang Province, with a footprint covering 12 provinces, three municipalities and two autonomous regions in China.

Chanhigh published its prospectus on 21 March 2017, seeking to raise up to HK$357 million (assuming no exercise of over-allotment option). Dealings in its shares on the Main Board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange commenced on 31 March 2017.  

Deacons’ team is led by Ronnie Bow, a corporate finance partner.
