Topics included crafting employment contracts, knowing the legal liabilities, implementing monitoring systems and purchasing employee compensation.
Cynthia further advised: “If the employer agrees to some arrangement with the employee other than those required by law, they should be clearly recorded in an employment contract. The employment contract should contain the entire agreement between the parties so as to avoid the employee alleging terms which might have been mentioned but not agreed.”
