Deacons hosts seminar on RQFII Administrative Policies

Taylor Hui, Yang Shen and Iris Zhang recently held a client seminar discussing RQFII Administrative Policies.

Topics covered in the presentation included: RQFII applications, launching RQFII products, preparation / review of RQFII agreements, regulatory and compliance issues, overview of the RQFII regime, RQFII investments, foreign exchange regulations relating to RQFII and inter-bank bond investments.

The seminar attracted over 70 attendees including senior executives from AllianceBernstein, BNY MELLON, BOCOM Schroder Asset Management, China EverBright Securities, Franklin Templeton Investments, Hang Seng Bank, ICBC Credit Suisse Asset Management, Invesco, JP Morgan Asset Management, Royal Bank of Canada and Value Partners Limited.
