Head of Tax, Travis Benjamin and Stefano Mariani will discuss the upcoming Italy-Hong Kong Double Taxation Agreement and automatic exchange of tax information in Hong Kong.

– scope of information and data potentially subject to exchange
– benefits and protections offered by the Hong Kong-Italy Tax Treaty
– practical suggestions to reduce the risk of information being exchanged, including to the wrong people
