We advise the sole sponsor Fortune Financial Capital Limited and underwriters in relation to the Main Board IPO of Maike Tube Industry Holdings Limited, seeking to raise up to approximately HK$236 million.
The company is principally engaged in the manufacturing and selling of standard prefabricated pipe nipple products and steel pipe products. It ranked first in the PRC standard prefabricated pipe nipple industry in terms of export value by tons in 2018 according to a market research report commissioned by the company.
The company published its IPO prospectus on 29 November 2019. Dealings in its shares on the Main Board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange are expected to commence on 18 December 2019.
