Applicants should ideally be admitted as Hong Kong solicitors; however we will also welcome applicants with requisite legal skills who have been admitted in other jurisdictions. Applicants should have at least 3 years (for middle level) and at least 7 years (for senior level) of post-qualification experience in corporate and commercial areas with solid relevant China experience. Applicants must possess strong written and oral communication skills in English and Chinese with total fluency in Putonghua. Applicants should be dynamic, ambitious, hard working and a team player. We provide our clients with timely and high quality work and applicants must have a strong academic record and should possess a background encompassing private M&A and transactional work, as well as drafting, reviewing and advising on a wide range of commercial agreements.
