Deacons advises the sole sponsor Lego Corporate Finance Limited and underwriters in relation to the Main Board IPO of Superland Group Holdings Limited, seeking to raise up to HK$138 million (subject to the exercise of over-allotment option).
Superland Group is an established contractor based in Hong Kong providing fitting-out services and repair and maintenance services.
The company published its IPO prospectus on 30 June 2020. Dealings in its shares on the Main Board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange are expected to commence on 17 July 2020.
