Deacons advises on GEM IPO of ST International Holdings Company Limited

Deacons advises the sole sponsor Sunfund Capital Limited in relation to the listing of ST International Holdings Company Limited on GEM of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange by way of share offer. 

ST International is a provider of functional knitted fabrics in the PRC.  Its products are primarily sold directly to (i) lingerie and apparel brand owners; (ii) sourcing agents; and (iii) garment manufacturers.

ST International published its IPO prospectus on 30 April 2018, seeking to raise up to HK$72 million.  Dealings in its shares on the GEM of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange are expected to commence on 16 May 2018.
