Deacons advises on the GEM IPO of ZACD Group Ltd.

Deacons advises the joint sponsors China Everbright Capital Limited and Innovax Capital Limited and underwriters in relation to the listing of ZACD Group Ltd.on the Growth Enterprise Market of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange by way of global offering.

ZACD Group is an asset manager headquartered in Singapore offering integrated solutions across the real estate value chain in Singapore and elsewhere in the Asia-Pacific region. 

ZACD Group published its IPO prospectus on 28 December 2017, seeking to raise up to HK$165 million (subject to the exercise of the over-allotment option).  Dealings in its shares on the Growth Enterprise Market of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange are expected to commence on 16 January 2018.
