Deacons has advised 1957 & Co. (Hospitality) Limited in relation to its listing on the Growth Enterprise Market of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange by way of share offer.
1957 & Co. is a Hong Kong-based restaurant operation and management group that offers a variety of specialty cuisines in restaurants designed by award-winning interior and lighting designers. It operates full-service restaurants serving quality Japanese, Thai, Vietnamese, Shanghainese and Italian cuisines under various brands (including, among others, Sushi Ta-ke, An Nam, Modern Shanghai, Mango Tree, Gonpachi and Paper Moon). Apart from its restaurant operation business, the company also provides restaurant management and consultancy services in Hong Kong and the PRC.
1957 & Co. published its IPO prospectus on 23 November 2017, seeking to raise up to HK$70 million (subject to the exercise of offer size adjustment option). Dealings in its shares on the Growth Enterprise Market of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange are expected to commence on 5 December 2017.
