The British Consulate-General, Hong Kong and the Hong Kong Competition Association launched the pro-bono scheme to assist local Hong Kong firms and Hong Kong SMEs to access pro-bono legal advice with matters related to the Competition Ordinance. The objective of the scheme is to enable local Hong Kong law firms to access high-quality competition law guidance on specific cases, by contacting a network of experienced competition lawyers, who agreed in principle to provide a number of hours of free advice as part of the scheme.
