Special Video Report: New Regulator for Hong Kong Insurance Industry

Scott Carnachan recently featured in a video special report produced by Conventus Law on Hong Kong’s new insurance regulator.

The special report discussed the Insurance Companies (Amendment) Ordinance 2015 which was gazetted this July. The Amendment Ordinance provides for establishment of an independent Insurance Authority and direct regulation of insurance agents and brokers by the independent Insurance Authority.
