Deacons advises Chinney Kin Wing Holdings on its HK$252 million spin-off and listing

Deacons recently acted for Chinney Kin Wing Holdings Limited on its spin-off from Chinney Alliance Group Limited and separate listing on the Main Board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange by way of global offering.

Chinney Kin Wing is engaged in a wide range of foundation works including piling construction and other ancillary services as well as drilling and site investigation.

Chinney Kin Wing published its IPO prospectus on 30 October 2015 seeking to raise up to approximately HK$252 million (subject to the exercise of over-allotment option) from the offering. The Company is expected to be listed on the Main Board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange on 11 November 2015.

Haitong International Capital Limited is the sole sponsor, and Haitong International Securities Company Limited is the sole global coordinator and bookrunner.
