Deacons advises on Jiyi Household International Holdings IPO

Deacons recently advised the sole sponsor Cinda International Capital Limited and the underwriters in relation to the global offering and Main Board listing of Jiyi Household International Holdings Limited in Hong Kong.

Jiyi Household is a well-established integrated building, home improvement materials, furnishings, and interior design and engineering service provider in the PRC.  As of February 282015, Jiyi Household was operating the largest number of sales outlets for home improvement materials in Meizhou and the third-largest in Guangdong Province.

Jiyi Household published its IPO prospectus on October 27 2015 seeking to raise up to approximately HK$144 million (subject to the exercise of over-allotment option) from the offering. The company is expected to list on the Main Board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange on November 6 2015.
