Peter So hosts seminar for HSBC

Building on our momentum, Deacons Financial Services Group organised another seminar for HSBC. The seminar was given by Peter So, Senior Associate from Commercial Litigation on Tuesday, 8 September 2015. As part of a series of events, Peter focused on the fundamentals of preventing insider dealing; the talk was illustrated with case studies and also set out practical tips when dealing with insider information. HSBC had sought our expertise to gain a better understanding of the recent developments on this issue and subsequently, best practice.

The seminar well attended by over 80 people from HSBC’s asset management, legal and compliance team.
