Companies in Hong Kong should act now to prepare for mandated paternity leave

Cynthia Chung recently wrote an article on Hong Kong’s upcoming paternity leave legislation that featured in the British Chamber of Commerce’s official magazine.

In the article she discussed current provisions of the paternity law and provided detailed guidance on how companies can prepare for the upcoming legislation.
