Co-head of IP, Charmaine Koo will be speaking at The University of Hong Kong’s IP Forum on January 16th 2014.
The event is focused on Hong Kong’s patent system reform. Charmaine will be joined by other industry experts including a former Chief Judge for the US Federal Circuit, a former USPTO official and several other local practitioners and academics.
Charmaine will be speaking on the pros and cons for having an original grant patent (OGP) system in Hong Kong.
