Deacons advises the sole sponsor Haitong International Capital Limited and underwriters in relation to the Main Board IPO of Landsea Green Life Service Company Limited, seeking to raise up to HK$416 million (subject to the exercise of over-allotment option).
Landsea Green Life Service is a growing property management service provider well-established in the Yangtze River Delta that provides diversified types of property management services and value-added services. It ranked the 24th among the “2021 Top 100 Property Management Companies in the PRC (2021中國物業服務百強企業)” in terms of overall strength, considering factors including respective property management scale, operational performance, service quality and growth potential, according to a market research report commissioned by the company.
The company published its IPO prospectus on 25 June 2021. Dealings in its shares on the Main Board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange are expected to commence on 8 July 2021.
