In the recent case Zhang Qiang vs Cisco Systems (HK) Limited, Deacons successfully defended all the claims made against Cisco. In this seventh episode of “Labour Law Grab n Go” video series, our Employment Partner Elsie Chan discusses this case concerning the enforceability of a separation agreement containing a mistake. Elsie will talk more about this case in the next episode, stay tuned!
