Deacons advises on GEM IPO of Sunlight (1977) Holdings Limited

Deacons advises the sole sponsor Giraffe Capital Limited in relation to the listing of Sunlight (1977) Holdings Limited on GEM of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange by way of share offer.

Sunlight (1977) is a leading tissue products supplier for corporate customers in Singapore.  It is the fifth largest tissue products supplier in Singapore in the overall tissue products market in terms of sales revenue in 2016, and the second largest tissue products supplier in the tissue products market for corporate customers in terms of sales revenue in 2016, according to an industry report commissioned by the company.

The company published its IPO prospectus on 27 March 2018, seeking to raise up to HK$60 million.  Dealings in its shares on GEM of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange are expected to commence on 16 April 2018.
