As Hong Kong starts to embark on its security of payment framework, statutory adjudication in construction disputes in the UK has now been operational for over 25 years. In this webinar, our guest speaker, Philip Boulding KC will talk about the results of a recent comprehensive survey concerning adjudication from the perspective of the users of such process for the resolution of construction disputes in the UK. Philip will also discuss how such findings may shape the future of construction adjudication in Hong Kong.
