Deacons and Kroll are co-hosting a webinar entitled “Receivership in construction and property development projects” on Thursday, 19 May 2022.
In this webinar, the speakers will explain the process of receivership, and how it is different from liquidation. They will also discuss: how receivership may impact a construction project; what if a party to the construction project goes into receivership; and what should the investor, employer and/or contractor do to safeguard their interests. These topics will be explored from the perspective of the lawyers and receivers.
