Wallace has extensive experience in sales of Hong Kong residential and commercial development projects under Consent Scheme and Non-Consent Scheme (including Deed of Mutual Covenant preparation and approval applications and pre-sale consent applications) and in advising developers on compliance with Residential Properties (First-hand Sales) Ordinance.

Wallace also has considerable experience in advising on Land Grants, development agreements, building mortgages, development project related security documents, management agreements and property management matters.

Wallace is also experienced in general sale and purchase, mortgages and tenancies of residential, commercial and industrial properties in Hong Kong.

Highlights

• Acting for MTR Corporation Limited in obtaining pre-sale consent and approval of deeds of mutual covenant and sub-deeds of mutual covenant of development projects above Kowloon Station, LOHAS Park Station, Nan Cheong Station, Tai Wai Station, Wong Chuk Hang Station and Homantin Station.
• Acting for Urban Renewal Authority (“URA”) in reviewing land grant and preparing Deed of Mutual Covenant and obtaining pre-sale consent of units in URA’s Flat for Flat Scheme development at Kai Tak and Starter Homes Pilot Project at eResidence.
• Acting for URA in preparation of Management Agreement of Revitalisation Project at Central Market.
• Acting for Hong Kong Resort Company Limited in preparing Sub-Deed of Mutual Covenant and obtaining pre-sale consent for the new MP7 Village Development at North Discovery Bay.
• Advising developer of lands subject to the Hong Kong Property for Hong Kong People restriction in structuring the sales of units in the developments.
• Acting for developers in reviewing sales brochures and sales documents for compliance with the requirements under Residential Properties (First-hand Sales) Ordinance.
