Acting for Wheelock Properties in preparing Deed of Mutual Covenants and obtaining pre-sale consent of office/commercial development project at No.18 Hung Luen Road and residential/commercial development projects at Tseung Kwan O Town Lot No.112 and Tseung Kwan O Town Lot No.126.
Acting for Hong Kong Housing Authority in carving out and surrender of land and modification of Government Leases of Tsz Man Estate, Tsz Ching Estate and Tsz Lok Estate relating to construction of the Shatin to Central Link.
