Cecilia specialises in family law. She has extensive experience in a wide range of matrimonial/family-related (often complex and high conflict) matters, including:

  • divorce and separation
  • financial proceedings ancillary to divorce and separation, including injunctive relief to preserve assets
  • proceedings relating to children (custody and access, relocation, child abuse and abduction, guardianship and wardship)
  • pre and post-nuptial and separation agreements
  • domestic violence

Cecilia is an experienced family mediator, family mediation supervisor, as well as a trainer and coach in various family mediation courses.  Cecilia has been an active participant in the introduction and development of Parenting Co-ordination in Hong Kong, a child-focused alternative dispute resolution process in which a trained professional assists high conflict parents implement their parenting plan.
