Cecilia specialises in family law and family dispute resolution. She has extensive experience in a wide range of matrimonial/family-related (often complex and high conflict) matters, including:

• divorce and separation
• financial proceedings ancillary to divorce and separation, including injunctive relief to preserve assets
• proceedings relating to children (custody and access, relocation, child abuse and abduction, guardianship and wardship)
• pre and post-nuptial and separation agreements

Cecilia is an experienced Family Mediator, Family Mediation Supervisor, Trainer and Coach in various Family Mediation Courses. Since 2000, Cecilia has been actively participating in the development and cross-professional collaboration of Hong Kong Family Mediation. Cecilia was regarded as one of those who introduced Parenting Co-ordination to Hong Kong SAR during the evolution of Hong Kong Family Mediation in the 2010’s.
