Be part of the women advancement programmes
We are one of the members of the 30% Club. The 30% Club is a global business led initiative committed to achieving better gender balance in senior and leadership positions of organizations. By signing up as a member, we advocate and continue to drive real progress on gender diversity at board within the firm.
We are also a corporate partner of The Women’s Foundation and participate in their Male Allies Initiative. By engaging with male and female business leaders, the programme aims to normalise the conversation around gender, enabling men in particular to continuously learn and talk about gender issues and create long-lasting change in their organisation and across the Hong Kong community. We believe such an approach supports an inclusive environment where everyone works together for change.
