CURRENT POSITIONS AVAILABLE

Deacons has a well-established and substantial litigation practice in Hong Kong.  We are seeking a high calibre lawyer with 3+ years PQE to join our Commercial Litigation Practice Group.  Applicants with less than 3+ years PQE, with relevant experience, will also be considered.

Applicants must be Hong Kong admitted, possess solid technical legal skills and have had exposure to a variety of commercial litigation.  The successful applicant will work closely with a team of experienced lawyers and have the opportunity to get involved in challenging and interesting work.  Applicants must have excellent spoken and written English and Chinese language skills.  Proficiency in Putonghua is an advantage, but not essential.

We have an opening for a lawyer with NQ to 4 years of post-qualification experience to join our award-winning Corporate Finance Practice Group. The role will focus on debt capital markets (DCM) projects. Applicants should ideally be graduates from renowned universities and have gained solid experience and sound training from major law firms.  Applicants should ideally be admitted in Hong Kong with solid experience in DCM transactions.  However we also welcome applicants with requisite legal skills who have been admitted in other jurisdictions.  Applicants must have excellent English and Chinese language skills (spoken and written) and with the ability to read and write Chinese (simplified and traditional characters).  Proficiency in Putonghua is essential.   Applicants should possess strong legal and inter-personal skills.  This is an excellent opportunity for lawyers with outstanding credentials to be involved in  top quality work.
