Deacons advises the sole sponsor and underwriters on Guangdong Adway Construction IPO

Deacons has advised the sole sponsor Guotai Junan Capital Limited and underwriters in relation to the global offering and Main Board H-share listing of Guangdong Adway Construction (Group) Holdings Company Limited in Hong Kong.

Guangdong Adway Construction is a building decoration service provider headquartered in Shenzhen. In 2015, it was recognised as one of the top 20 building decoration providers in the PRC, according to a Frost & Sullivan report.

The company published its prospectus on 15 November 2016 seeking to raise up to approximately HK$332.4 million from the offering, subject to exercise of the over-allotment option. The company expects to list on the Main Board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange on 25 November 2016.

Deacons’ team is led by corporate finance head Ronny Chow.
