Deacons advises on the Main Board IPO of Kwan Yong Holdings Limited

Deacons advises the sole sponsor SPDB International Capital Limited and underwriters in relation to the Main Board IPO of Kwan Yong Holdings Limited.

The company is a main contractor in the provision of building construction works in Singapore.  It ranked fourth among contractors in the institutional sector in Singapore in terms of the average institution CONQUAS (Construction Quality Assessment System) score in 2018, according to a market research report commissioned by the company.

The company published its IPO prospectus on 24 December 2019, seeking to raise up to HK$150 million (subject to the exercise of over-allotment option).  Dealings in its shares on the Main Board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange are expected to commence on 8 January 2020.
