Deacons advises on the HK$1.39 billion GEM IPO of China Industrial Securities International Financial Group

Deacons has advised the joint sponsors China Industrial Securities International Capital and Haitong International Capital and the underwriters in relation to the listing of China Industrial Securities International Financial Group (“CISI Financial”) on the Growth Enterprise Market (GEM) of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange.

CISI Financial is a full-service securities group based in Hong Kong offering brokerage, loans and financing, investment banking and asset management services. The controlling shareholder, 興業證券股份有限公司 (Industrial Securities Co., Ltd), is one of the leading securities firms in the PRC and is listed on the Shanghai Stock Exchange.

CISI Financial published its prospectus on September 30th 2016 seeking to raise up to approximately HK$1.39 billion from the global offering. The company expects to list on the Growth Enterprise Market of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange on October 20th 2016.  

The Deacons team was led by capital markets partner Ronnie Bow, with support from associates Fiona Kong, Mario Cheung and registered foreign lawyer Bryant Chiang.
