Deacons has advised the sole sponsor Shenwan Hongyuan Capital (H.K.) and the underwriter Pacific Foundation Securities on the listing of In Technical Productions Holdings on the Growth Enterprise Market (GEM) of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange. The listing is by way of share offer, seeking to raise HK$60 million.
In Technical is a leading visual display solution provider for pop concerts, corporate events and exhibitions in Hong Kong. It provides a wide range of services including consultations on visual effects design and technical feasibility, provision of visual display equipment, customisation of visual display solutions and on-site installation of equipment and general technical support during the performances.
In Technical published its prospectus on 31 May 2017. Dealings in its shares are expected to commence on 14 June 2017.
