Deacons advises on GEM IPO of corporate finance firm Somerley Capital Holdings

Deacons has advised joint sponsors Somerley Capital and Halcyon Capital and the underwriters in relation to the listing of Somerley Capital Holdings (Somerley) on the Growth Enterprise Market (GEM) of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange by way of a public offering seeking to raise up to HK$80.5 million.    

Somerley is a corporate finance advisory firm in Hong Kong. Somerley Capital, its indirect wholly-owned subsidiary, is one of the most active financial advisers based on league table rankings published by Mergermarket and Thomson Reuters in 2015 and 2016.

Somerley published its prospectus on 15 March 2017. Dealings in its shares are expected to commence on 28 March 2017.
