Deacons advises AP Rentals Holdings on HK $110 million IPO

Deacons has advised AP Rentals Holdings Limited in relation to its global offering and Main Board listing in Hong Kong. 

AP Rentals is a leading equipment rental service company in Hong Kong. It was the third largest company in the construction equipment rental industry in Hong Kong and the largest in Macau in 2014.

AP Rentals published its prospectus on 24 March 2016 seeking to raise up to approximately HK$113.4 million from the offering, subject to exercise of the over-allotment option. The company is expected to be listed on the Main Board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange on 8 April 2016.  

The Deacons team advising on the transaction was led by partner Ronny Chow, co-head of the corporate finance practice group.

Paul Hastings advised the sole sponsor, BOSC International Company Limited.

Deacons has previously advised two other major construction industry players in Hong Kong on their IPOs, specifically Chinney Kin Wing and FSE Engineering.
