Notary Public Services

We notarise documents for both individuals and companies for use abroad, our services include (but are not limited to):

• Preparing and witnessing powers of attorney for use overseas
• Witnessing documents for purchase or sale of land or property overseas
• Providing documents relating to the administration of the estate of persons who are abroad, or owning property abroad

China-Appointed Attesting Service

Our China-Appointed Attesting Officers provide attesting service to declare, certify and witness the execution of legal documents for a wide variety of purposes. These attested documents includes (but not limited to):

• Declaration for marriage with a PRC national in Mainland China
• Declaration for application of mainland relatives to immigrate into or take over property in Hong Kong
• Declaration for estate succession (renunciation) of rights over assets in Mainland China
