In this webinar, our speakers will give you an update on some judgments relating to construction law handed down by the Hong Kong Court in 2022 on the multi-tier sub-contracting practice, injunction refraining the surety from making payment under a surety bond and consolidation of arbitrations. In addition, our speakers will discuss the legislative amendments aimed at allowing outcome-related fee structures in arbitration.
