The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited announced new rules to create a listing regime for special purpose acquisition companies (SPACs) that took effect on 1 January 2022. To give an overview of this new regime, Deacons is hosting a webinar for clients entitled “Introduction to the Hong Kong SPAC regime” on Thursday, 7 April.
